Design
at UniSC

Design at UniSC is an interdisciplinary program with dynamic pathways that encourage students to discover their creativity and develop critical thinking through experimentation in an inclusive and exploratory environment. Through project-based learning, students discover the increasingly important role design plays in the world, with opportunities to specialise in interactive media, digital culture, game design or visual communication. This versatile program equips students with theoretical knowledge and creative skills to imagine and shape a future that is changing rapidly by design.
The revitalised design program reflects the strong focus of a contemporary interdisciplinary design degree connected to place, innovation and creativity. This new publication is a fantastic student-led initiative that showcases the value of interdisciplinary collaborations and delves into various opportunities and student pathways. We are thrilled to
see design students building community on campus and working with journalism and creative writing students to bring this publication to life. We hope this is the beginning of something exciting that will continue long into the future!
