Welcome!
Welcome to the inaugural issue of Delve Magazine. Our publication represents the hard work and passion of a team of ten undergraduate students from the School of Business and Creative Industries at the University of Sunshine Coast.
During the first semester of 2023, we embarked on the creation of Delve Magazine, a unique platform with a primary focus on fostering design dialogues. Our mission is twofold: to showcase the exceptional work produced by UniSC students and to cultivate a dynamic community of design practitioners and advocates. Through Delve Magazine, we aspire to establish a space that nurtures knowledge sharing and collaboration not only within UniSC but also across the Sunshine Coast.
As designers, we have a profound understanding of the essential role that design plays in advancing educational initiatives. With Delve Magazine, we have embraced the principles of participatory design, turning it into a collaborative project. We are thrilled to present this magazine to you with immense pride and excitement. It signifies the successful culmination of our inaugural edition and marks a promising start for Delve Magazine at UniSC. Within the pages of this magazine, you will find insights into how design can effectively address well-being and social challenges. We highlight the innovative approaches of both emerging and established design practitioners, offering a diverse range of perspectives and inspirations.
Design, at its essence, is a listening process, and Delve Magazine serves as a catalyst for this profound engagement. It enables us to initiate meaningful design conversations, gain a deeper understanding of complex issues, overcome obstacles, and ultimately drive innovation, value, and impactful outcomes.
We invite you to immerse yourself in the pages of our first edition and delight in the thought-provoking content we have curated. Enjoy the journey as you delve into the world of design through the pages of Delve Magazine!
