Design Exhibition

Every year in November the UniSC Art Gallery hosts a public design exhibition for students. This features a capstone project from all design students enrolled in the Design Capstone course and has various pathways for students to showcase their work. This opportunity is a brilliant way for many students to display their works and connect with the local community and industry professionals who are hiring designers from UniSC.

The Refinery Program

The refinery program is a sophisticated program focusing on the growth of independent artists over a 10-week program. Any who finish this program are offered/find various opportunities such as opening their own galleries, businesses and more.

The First Nations Program

Operated by the same company as the refinery program, this First Nations Program is offered to any/all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are focused on ‘business and creatives’ to support them during their journey, and give them the knowledge and skills they need in their future careers. Those who qualify for the program will also be welcomed into the Refinery Program. Both Programs have a showcase presentation where each successful applicant will showcase their works.
